Terms of Service

These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration subscription service provided by VPNLet. Please read these terms and related policies before creating an account, starting a subscription, or using any route. If you have questions about permitted use, contact us through the user panel ticket system and wait for clarification before continuing.

Service and Scope

VPNLet provides a network acceleration subscription for accessing international websites and AI tools, with support for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Obtain clients, manage plans, and import subscriptions through the user panel. Available routes and account benefits are as shown in the panel.

The service provides network connectivity only; it does not include memberships, content licenses, or account eligibility for third-party websites. You must still follow the regional, account, and content rules of the websites you access. A working connection does not guarantee that a third-party service will accept access or provide specific content.

Account and Subscription Rules

No email address is required to create an account; use a username and password. Keep your login credentials, subscription link, and import information secure. Subscription links grant access just like passwords and should not be posted publicly or entrusted to others. If you notice unusual activity, update your credentials promptly and submit a ticket.

There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time. This applies to the account holder's own devices and does not permit sharing an account with others. Renting, reselling, or transferring a subscription is prohibited, as is distributing subscription links or setting up paid shared access. The account holder is responsible for activity carried out through their account.

Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date. If you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and do not expire. Before activation, review the plan prices and billing methods. Check remaining traffic and subscription status in the user panel.

Acceptable Use

You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and to your actual use, and confirm for yourself that you are eligible to access services across borders and use the services you target. You may not use this service to commit fraud, access another person's systems without authorization, distribute malicious software, infringe intellectual property, or engage in other unlawful activity.

You may not launch network attacks, send unsolicited messages in bulk, misuse another person's account, or use automated requests to disrupt routes or other users' connections. When using scripts or APIs, follow the target platform's request rules and avoid uncontrolled retries. You are responsible for content you submit, obtain, or distribute.

Service Availability and Limits of Liability

Connection quality depends on your local network, device settings, carrier links, maintenance, and third-party platform rules. VPNLet does not guarantee that any route will always be available, a particular connection speed, a permanently fixed exit address, or continuous access to specific content. Routes and client configurations may change as needed for maintenance.

If you have connection problems, first check your local network and subscription status, then submit a ticket with your client, selected route, and error message. Do not include your full password or subscription link. Responsibility for the effects of events beyond reasonable control, third-party failures, and user configuration will be determined under applicable law and based on the specific cause. These terms do not exclude liability that cannot legally be excluded.

Account Restrictions and Termination

In cases of unlawful use, subscription resale, public sharing of credentials, attacks on the service, or other serious breaches of these terms, VPNLet may restrict the relevant connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account depending on the impact. If there is a security risk, VPNLet may first take necessary measures to limit harm and then verify the circumstances.

If you disagree with the outcome, explain the intended use and provide relevant information through a ticket. After verification, VPNLet will restore the service or explain the basis for its decision, as appropriate. Account actions and billing disputes are handled separately; account restrictions do not automatically remove any rights you have under applicable law.

You may request a full refund for any reason within 30 days of your first payment. See the Refund Policy for how to apply and further details.

Changes to These Terms and Contact

If service changes or legal requirements make revisions necessary, VPNLet will publish the updated version on this page and update the month shown above. Important changes affecting service benefits will be explained in an announcement in the user panel. Changes will not retroactively remove rights you have already acquired under applicable law.

Review any changes before continuing to use the service. If you do not accept changes that affect future use, you may stop using the service and contact VPNLet through a ticket. For matters relating to personal information, see the Privacy Policy. If these terms conflict with mandatory provisions of applicable law, those provisions will prevail.
